Welcome, and thank you for visiting the Spring Mountain Meadow Association, Inc. website. We are better known as SMMA. We are a group of about 72 homeowners along Mountain Meadow Drive and three cul de sacs in McCall, ID, adjacent to the McCall Golf Course. Please read more about our neighborhood on this site. Our Mission
SMMA strives to be a welcoming neighborhood that looks out for one another with mutual respect and consideration. By encouraging great communication amongst our members, we hope to make this the friendliest place to live in McCall. Suggestions to the board are welcomed and encouraged.

Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of SMMA homeowners is held in late August or early September.
Notice of the meeting is sent out 30 days in advance.
Note that there is a separate annual meeting of the Spring Mountain Ranch Association in early September.
Your input at these meetings is important, and you can send a proxy to vote if necessary.
